Biography

Jeff’s work has been at the intersection of sustainability, consumer culture and brand purpose – in fact Jeff regularly runs workshops with brands using this framework.

Jeff led the first public study of “Millennials as Consumers” in a large-scale research partnership with The Boston Consulting Group in 2010 & 2011 which led to the first of his five books Marketing to Millennials (Harper Collins, 2013). Jeff has 35 years of experience across multiple industries with brands including Meta, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Discover Financial and many more.

Additionally, Jeff currently serves on or has recently served on the Board of Directors of Three Dog Bakery, Tickets For Less, BioStar Renewables, Service Management Group (acquired by Brentwood Capital, 2021). Jeff’s “Millennial Side Hustles” include writing for Forbes CMO Section since 2014, speaking at 1000+ events on nearly every continent – well not Antarctica and mountain biking in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve.

Jeff serves as a Senior Advisor to the agency on our work in location-based entertainment, emphasizing generational differences and the impact of sustainability on brands in the space.
