New Headquarters Includes 25,625 SF of Class A Space in Central Phoenix Phoenix – February 27, 2018 – One of the Southwest’s largest independent marketing and advertising agencies, LaneTerralever, began its next chapter this week, in a new headquarters at Missouri Falls. The 25,625 SF Class A space is situated on the top floor of the iconic, marble-clad building, on the Southwest corner of 7th Street and Missouri Ave. Nearly 100 employees moved into the office space on Monday, which had been entirely gutted and redesigned as a part of the seven-plus year lease negotiation.
