Barrow Brain and Spine, formerly known as Barrow Neurosurgical Associates, was looking to increase brand awareness in 2015. The world-class brain and spine treatment center in Phoenix needed a new website and key market differentiators.


Our team conducted in-depth stakeholder interviews and research that resulted in a new name, look and feel for the brand, and style guide that included an updated approach to voice and tone and overall messaging.
